drag items popping to the wrong targets

Hi.

I've had 2 letters popping to the wrong spot in 2.1 of the attached.  Perhaps I've been staring at it for too long but I can't work it out.

The answer is 'high relevance' and the final 3-4 letters are driving me crazy. :-)  I am not an expert/hero so please explain in the same way you would to a child.

It has been made in Storyline 2, attached.
