I have created a drag and drop activity. The target is in a scrolling pane, when we drop options in a target it's working fine but when we drag outside from target then position of drop object is changes to top left side.

Adding drop targets in a scrolling panel causes the choice to become offset when the target is dragged away.
I'm sorry you're running into this, but it should work as expected if you can create the interaction without the scrolling panel. We'll be sure to jump back in here when a fix is in place.
