One way to achieve this would be to use the "wheel" animation in Storyline 2. See attached file for an example. If you are using Storyline 1, the Wheel animation is not available, however you could put something together using the Spin and Grow animation. See second file for an example.

Click the Animations tab, then click the Entrance Animations dropdown. You should see "Wheel" as an option there!
Use the pie shape which works well with the wheel animation.
