A question bank was used to randomly draw from pools of questions for a post-test. When using a results slide to allow learners to review their answers and the correct responses, we found that learners could select a new response and submit. This allows them to re-take the test, which we do not want to happen. (We want them to have to re-enroll if they fail, so that their scores and number of attempts are captured in the LMS.)
Is there a way to prevent the question draw from allowing learners to select the correct response after they have already taken the test?
Are you using the "review quiz" functionality associated with the results slide? If so, that shouldn't allow a user to change the answers, but only see where they were correct/incorrect.
