Drop-down Knowledge Check Question

I've been playing around today with building a knowledge check question that includes drop-down options for the answers. This isn't an option as a freeform question, so I had to build it with custom states and if/then variables. The version of this question will be hosted in a Rise 360 course, so there are no Prev/Next or Submit triggers, but they can be added if used in a Storyline course.

Wanted to share since I couldn't find exactly what I was looking to create and I (finally) got it to work (after a lot of coffee)!
