Drop shadow format not present one published

I just published a course for review and noticed that the drop shadow picture format I put on .jpg files through my course are not appearing.  I used the same default picture format option in a previous course two months ago and had no problems.  I can't figure out why it is not working in this version. I am newish to storyline and the only think I could think of was that when I imported the PowerPoint slides (to serve as a base for the course) some miscellanies formatting came along with the slides.  So on the slides with the images I "reset slide" hoping that would help.  The drop shadow is now appearing in the preview, but still wouldn't appear when it's published to Review 360.  Any suggestions?
