Drop target font size, can this be resized?

Jun 19, 2012

I'm creating a drag and drop that has words and definitions.  I've tried using both the interaction drag and drop page and quizzing free form drag and drop and I get the same result.  I have 5 words and 5 definitions, the font size on the drag words is fine at the start but once they are placed on a rectangle target (of any size) the fonts resize to a bigger size and look terrible (see attached images).  How do I resize the font size of the drop target area?

After submitting, the fonts resize and I need to change how this looks:

Hi Heather,

I'm not sure how JP resolved the issue, but maybe we can find out what's causing the problem for you.

First, can you tell me if the text displays incorrectly when previewing, after publishing, or both? Also, what version of Storyline are you using? To find this information click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". If you're not using version 2 (1212.1412) please download an install the update below:

Articulate > Download Storyline Update 2

If that doesn't resolve the problem, please check to make sure you aren't viewing the course anywhere above or below 100% zoom. You may also want to make sure your machine is set to 96 DPI. For information on how to check this, please read the following article:

Articulate > Product Support> Articulate Storyline DPI Support

If you've tried all of the above, can you share your .STORY file here, so I (or other community members) can take a look? You're also welcome to send the file to us privately, if you prefer.

Thanks!

Christine
