Hello Sue,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your matching drop-down question. This is an issue that has been shared with our team.
What version of Chrome are you currently using?
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.
Hi Leslie,
one is 96.0.4664.92
and the other one is 96.0.4664.104
Thanks for confirming, Sue! This discussion is linked to the report we have open for this issue, and we'll keep you updated here with any news to share.
We're experiencing the same issue - dropdown interface elements in Storyline. Could someone please indicate a likely fix date? This is a big learning feature and user demographic to impact.
Published as SCORM1.2 / Totara LMS / impacting Android devices Chrome or Samsung browser
thank you

Hi, Andrew.
While I don't have any news on the issue reported, do you know which versions of Chrome your learners are using?
This bug seems to only impact older versions of Chrome, so I'd like to gather more information to update our report and share with the team.
Hi Maria, thank you,
We have not yet established this, however I can say that this bug was exhibited on a recent Android Chrome V96.0.4664.104 and a number of Samsung Browser user devices, so is not restricted to Chrome, or older versions. If I can collect version info I'll provide this also.
thank you
Thank you for those extra details, Andrew! Please let us know if you can collect a version number.
got the same issue and found this thread, my team dan I tested it on newest version of Chrome and other mobile browser available and it doesn't work for all browser
Hi Atikah, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
Can you clarify the specific version number of Chrome you are using, as well as the type of mobile device, to determine if you issue is the same as the one we have reported?
Thank you!
Hello,
We are experiencing the same issue with dropdowns on Android devices. My co-worker has a Samsung Galaxy S 20. I have attached a screenshot of her current Chrome version and a video of the experience. Any help to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Michelle,
Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar experience. I opened support case 03240731 on your behalf so we can get this issue looked at by our support engineers. They'll be reaching out to you shortly. For your reference, you can always reach out to our support team by opening a case here.
Hi folks, this issue has been open for some time - just setting realistic expectations - should we expect it to be resolved, or avoid that design object ?
An update on progress and ETA would be lovely if it's available - thank you.
Hi Andrew,
Most of the affected users here were on a now outdated version of Google Chrome. Are you still experiencing the issue when accessing your courses using the most recent version of Android browsers? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so they can test the behavior that you are encountering. If they determine that you are being affected by a known issue, here's a quick look at how we tackle and prioritize bugs.

Hi Luciana, that's an interesting way to communicate it. Does this mean a bug has been located and fixed?
thank you
if this bug is fixed, please add this information here
Hi Andrew,
There's a possibility that the bug discussed in this thread has been indirectly fixed by an update that was introduced in recent versions of Storyline 360. We regularly test existing bugs in newer versions of Storyline 360, and when we are no longer able to replicate specific issues, we communicate them with our users to let them know that updating will help address certain behaviors.
If you were being affected by the bug that my colleague Luciana mentioned, try testing the behavior using the latest version of Storyline 360 and let us know if you run into any issues!
