Dropping audio files

I've been working on a module for several months which I have uploaded to articulate tempshare several times for my client so they can see progress. Every time I have done so it has worked except for this last time when during the upload or rendering on tempshare, several audio files were lost. One slide, containing several video and audio clips, loses the first audio clip of about 10 seconds and then picks up the second and successive clips thereafter. Everything looks good when I preview directly from within Storyline 2.
I went back to an earlier saved version of my presentation, one that had worked earlier on tempshare, and that too lost that same audio clip.
Any ideas?

I'm still struggling with this. Here are more specifics:
1. There are seven short video clips strung together with four audio clips as narration.
2. When I strip everything away and use only the first audio and the first video the result is still the same...video without its corresponding audio narration.
3. When I delete the video and publish a slide with that one audio clip only, it works.
Now to go experiment some more. In the meantime, maybe somebody can see something I'm doing wrong. Again, everything works fine within the Storyline environment and it is only when I publish to tempshare that I have problems.

Sorry you're hitting that roadblock! We are seeing a problem in Storyline 2 that sounds very similar to what you're seeing. In the HTML5 output, audio will not play correctly if a slide also contains video that has been muted. Did you mute the video files in Storyline?
