Dual upgrades - not sure what is causing playback problem

Hi everyone,

I currently run SL2 on Win 7 Enterprise.  I am in the process of moving to Windows 10 and SL 3. I downloaded the SL3 trial version on a Win 10 loaner laptop to be sure Win 10 would play nicely with SL3.  I've found one problem that I hope is just a setting that needs updating. 

When I publish a file, there is a slight, but noticeable gap between the slide and the player (see attached screen clipping) and my PREV/NEXT button text is distorted.  Below are the steps I followed.

• I opened a SL2 file in SL3
• I published the file trying each of the Publish as formats
• Slide size is 1024 x 576
• Display scaling is set to 100%

Is there a reference of optimal settings according to the OS by chance?
