Just found another small glitch in Storyline 2: When Publishing for LMS, the course duration (under reporting and tracking) will be deleted immediately after closing the dialog if you have typed in the value "01:00:00" (meaning a course duration of exactly one hour). "01:00:01" will work without problems.
I can't tell my customer that I need the "extra second" for technical reasons, I now fix the problem by editing the imsmanifest.xml after each publishing: Set typicalelearningtime/datetime to the value "PT1H0M0S"

I just tried it myself and didn't have any issue setting it to 1.00.00 as seen in the screenshot below. Can you confirm that you're a) working on local project files and b) using the latest update of Storyline 2? You may also want to look at going through the repair options detailed here.
