E-Learning Software with Multiple UI including Italian

Greetings Developers-

I know this forum is specific to Articulate but I wanted to surf the community to see if anybody knows of Instructional Design Software (Articulate or Otherwise) that has Italian integrated as one of the native User Interface languages?

My company is expanding our training reach to a company we have acquired in Italy that had previously been using homegrown e-learning content that is non-scorm/tin can/api compliant and spending excessive amounts of time doing the development. We are migrating them into our LMS but still looking for software that their Italian speaking ID can use.

I understand the translation features on all the software I am using here in the states and convert my content to Italian but looking for something that the ID on the other side of the pond can use so we can collaborate further on development.
