I have seen this behaviour on several occasions across multiple projects. Upon clickin the Edit button on the Web Object Tools bar, Storyline generates a crash.

I seem to figure out it is related to the strings you append. I have a malformed string, maybe that triggers it? Used ? instead of & to pass the first parameter after the url.
I don't see where you attached the Storyline file, but were you able to fix the behavior by replacing the symbol? If you're still having trouble, feel free to attach your file and we'll take a look. You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
