I am trying to have an audio clip playing softly in the background of one of my slides. After editing the audio volume to be about -85% in the audio editor, it saves and the changes seem to take effect in the timeline. However when I play it back, preview the slide, or publish the slide, the volume of the clip is at it's original level. Is there a fix for this?
I have even tried editing the audio volume in Adobe Audition, and then importing into Storyline, however the volume is still too loud.

Hi Nick,
What version of Storyline are you using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
Also, is this happening with every audio and/or Storyline file, or only this one?
Also, are you using the standalone volume adjustment or the one inside the actual editor:
