Edited HTML web page gives error
May 24, 2016
Hello there,
I am having to add text to a web page that lives in a published course. I edited the webpage on Chrome (CTRL+ Shift+I) then added the new text under the "Element" section. I saved the updated webpage (CTRL+S) on my desktop under (webpage complete). I opened the course source file in Storyline2 and uploaded the link to the updated webpage in the appropriate location. when I re-publish the course on the LMS and click on the webpage link, it gives me following error:
"<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>

</Error>"
when I looked at the external file folder in the updated course zipped file, unlike the original course folder, I can only see the updated webpage without any resources (pics, dist, etc.)
I added screen shots of the "external_files" folder from the original and updated course.
Any clue what am I doing wrong?
Thank you
Ruby

Hi Ruby!
We would recommend updating the source file and re-publishing.
We do not support the modification of the published output.
Hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you if this is the route you need to take.
