Editin Review Quiz slides

Oct 13, 2013

Hi,

I was wondering how can I edit the Review Quiz slides that appears after you click the 'Review Quiz' button at the result slide at the end of the quiz.

is it possible to omit the V and X markers near the question feedback, add icons/images and text as well?

I have seen one example in a source file I received so I'm quite sure it is possible, but I couldn't figure out how it was done, there is no indication of any special changes in the feedback master slides.

thanks,
Oren.

Hi Oren:

You can create your own custom review slides.

I've attached a very basic story file that you should study to learn how.

Pay attention to the variables and triggers in the file to understand how to show custom review layers rather than the standard reviews. You will also note the trigger on the Review Quiz button in the Results slide.

If you find this solves your issue, please take the time to mark this thread as an answered (solved) thread so others can learn fro it as well.

Hi Dennis,

thanks for your reply, I have reviewed the file you sent and this indeed makes sense to me. unfortunately it doesn't solves my issue, since I still couldn't solve the issue on multiple choice and multiple response - how can I control the built-in markers V and X that from appearing/dissappearing on the screen?

additionally, I encountered some differences between the the HTML5 output on iPad to the output shown on PC  (IE8) - on the iPad I couldn't see the markers at all on some of the questions, while on the PC output it was displayed. any idea why this happens?

thanks,

Oren.

Hi Oren:

For HTM5 and iPad issues, search for the Articulate page that describes the limitations of those, there are many.

I'm not Articulate support, but they do have a support form you can use in this website to address these issues.

Not sure what you mean by the built-in markers of correct and incorrect. I do not have the Articulate defaults displayed, rather the ones I placed are displayed.

I'll build a better story for you to understand the custom review layer.
