In the Player > Properties > Custom > Other option do you have the 'Text is read from:' Right to Left selected?
Ooh just as I posted I looked at your screenshot above and your slide has text right to left so that must be activated. Do your correct/incorrect feedback popups work ok?
I just reported an issue with our QA team where the "invalid answer" prompt doesn't appear right aligned in that pop up. It only seems to impact that set up and since the pop up itself isn't accessible on a layer, you may want to look at creating a custom invalid answer message in the meantime as described here.
This issue is still with our QA team for review - so I don't have an update to share at this time, but once we have additional information we'll be sure to post here.

see attached pdf with Storyline player colours. On page 2 - top right it has the instructions for popups like the Invalid answer - hope this helps

The text itself is controlled by the player text labels you can change those as described here.

The color is Done Now , but i need to make the text right to lift how can i do it

Hi Everyone,
Has a fix been added to storyline to fix the alignment issue on "invalid answers' prompts when using Arabic?
I have around 400 storyline assets affected and not enough time to create custom ones to get around the issue.
Any update gratefully received.
