editing report.html file after publishing

I am trying to recreate the report.html file as shown in forum post from a few years ago. When I edit the report.html file and add it to my published story_content folder, the print results button will not work in my course. Am I missing something? Does this particular thing work anymore? Hi Rachel!

Articulate does not support the modification of published output.

How are you testing the Print functionality? This is not supported in HTML5 or AMP as you can see in this article.

Is there anyway I can generate a certificate through storyline? I've tried using the "execute javascript" trigger to print the current side but it prints in portrait orientation and I need it to print in landscape.

The information you are following above and shared the link for is your best bet at creating one as it is not a native solution in Storyline.

Okay. I've tried what the article demonstrates but when I publish, copy and replace with the edited report.html file and test the course, the print results feature does nothing after the name is typed in and the OK button is clicked... thanks anyways for your feedback.
