Welcome to Heroes. I am sorry that it has taken so long for someone to get back to you. The place you are looking for is the feedback master. Here is a tutorial about it.
Thanks for the response – I checked out the Master Slide & still didn’t find what I was looking for.
Here’s the screen in question. After I “Review Quiz”, you can see that the correct answers are not visible and I don’t know how to access that area of the slide to change the font color or add a box around the answers. I prefer not to change the slide background as that is the theme throughout. Editing the question does not allow text color or font options. I was thinking if I changed it there it could carry over here.

I have been looking for an answer to this exact same problem for a while now. I too need to change the layout and colour of the answers in review. Can anyone help with this please ! is it possible?
Just saw your post (hadn't seen the earlier one by Susie).
I, too, cannot find a way to edit the existing feedback font color. I do know a way to insert your own feedback so that it can be seen. But this is, of course, more work, so I hope someone can let us know if editing existing feedback font color is doable.
A workaround:
Edit the Fill in the Blank Review Text
Click Edit ... in the Question pane on the right.
In the Set Feedback and Branching section near the bottom of the window, type the feedback text in the Post-Quiz Review box (e.g., for this example, "the correct answer is in two weeks").
Edit the Feedback Master
View > Feedback Master
Click on the Review Feedback Layout on the left
You can reposition the Placeholder on this slide if you need to. And you can change the fill color, outline color, and font color, size, etc.
View >Normal
You'll see that you now have a review layer with your customized placeholder. By the way, the first time I ran through this, the only customization that worked was the repositioning. Then I went back in and the color and font changes were working. Not sure what I'd done wrong.
Problem is, you need to do this for each question. So, it would be much easier, if there's a way, to change the default font color. Hope someone looks at this and lets us know!
Hi Rebecca, thanks for your quick response, I will give your workaround a try but this will prove time consuming for the amount of questions I have.
I have attached a word document showing my problem - In storyline the acceptable answers are given when the option to review a quiz and show correct / incorrect responses is chosen. It is the acceptable answers I need to move and edit rather than provide additional feedback.
I will see if the workaround will help and let you know but I hope there is a simple solution that I just have not found yet -
Happens to me exactly the same, I edit review of the interaction Fill in the blank but I can not. Create a review in the interaction editor but just shows me a review that I do not want to show, I tried to edit it in feedback master slides but nothing happens, I'm desperate. Please help me.
Where is that text coming from, exactly? Do you have it set up on the initial question to show the check marks and text? It looks like it may be keeping that content on the slide from when it was originally answered, but it's difficult to tell.
Are you able to post the .STORY file here? If so, I'd be happy to take a look.
I believe that text comes from the results slide when the default option is on. Here's where to find it:
In the right pane of the Results slide, click the Edit Results Slide tab
Click Options in the dialog box
There's a checkbox, with a check, "allow users to review quiz. Under that and indented is another checkbox that says Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing. Uncheck this box and that text will go away.
Great advice here. However, I want the learners to review quiz, but I don't want the MASSIVE text on that review slide. Can't find anyway to shrink the text! Please help.
Actually, Ushwin, are you using a higher resolution slide size? We are aware of an issue where correct answers for fill in the blank questions are displayed incorrectly when your slide size is large. If this sounds like you, the current workaround is to use the following slide sizes according to your ratio:
As a newbie Storyline user, I probably have made a few errors. Can I send it to you as opposed to posting here? I don't think I have authorisation to display it to the world as yet!
I will check the aspect ratio when back in the office! thanks
Hi again, Ushwin. No harm in being a newbie; we've all been there!
I understand your resolution issue. You can send your course along using the "Add Attachment" field on this form. It will submit a case to our engineers, and we'll have a good look and rule out any other issues. Thanks!
I can see that you’re still struggling with the custom review layer since you reached out here and in this other discussion. I’d love to help. Can you take a look at my reply in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there!
I'm struggling with the same issue Rebecca in that the review quiz text is too light for my background. The background is our brand so I need to change the font color. I want to change the color and allow users to see the review answers. As I read this string, I don't see a font color change solution. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've attached a sample of what displays.
I've read through this string and haven't seen a solution for what so many users are experiencing for users in Storyline 3. I need to reformat the text in the attached and cannot figure out how to do it.

Hi Christine and Fernando,
I believe that text comes from the results slide when the default option is on. Here's where to find it:
not sure if this image clarifies or makes it more confusing ;(
Thanks Becky! :D
Hopefully this works for Fernando :) Please let us know if it doesn't.

Really thank you very much for your answers, helped me a lot.

It looks like that is the "correct" or "acceptable" answer text showing, and yeah, that is dodgy.
You can opt not to show the correct/incorrect answers on reviewing the slide.
But we'd be happy to have a look at your file and see if we can make that better. I'd at least want to understand what's going on there.

Hi again. Our res is set up to show properly on iPads. So we can't change that.
So I am still stuck with this issue!

Hi All,
I have attached my Review Quiz output.
My screen resolution is fixed at 1260 x 677 current project. Cannot change as all design are fixed.
Looking for a way to reduce the size.
I am trying to use the custom Review Layer to replave it but failed.
My Review Layer and default Review Layer are displayed together. I need help to resolve this.
Thanks!
Hi there Julia!
I can see that you’re still struggling with the custom review layer since you reached out here and in this other discussion. I’d love to help. Can you take a look at my reply in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there!
Hi,
Has the Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing setting been removed in Storyline 3? If not, I'm having trouble locating it.
Tristan,
Hey Tristan,
Yes, it has moved. You can double click the trigger for the Review Results button if this is included in your course and modify the setting there:
A full tutorial can be found here.

Hello Karel. That text is controlled by theme colors in Storyline. Here's how to customize those choices:
Try starting with Text/Background - Dark 1. Let me know if that helps!
Thank you so much!!
