I have a few Markers I've used on one of my slides but the text on the left side of the text window is jammed against the side. There is no margin whereas on the right side there is a nice margin. The work around I found was to increase the indent but what I think we should be able to do is allow us to edit the margins and other properties of the text boxes involved.

Yes this is what I am looking for but when I open the Markers style menu to edit the Internal Margin all the selections are greyed out.

If I understand what you are trying to do here, click on the actual text once you have opened the marker, and you can Centre etc.

I see what you mean, Jesse.
It looks like the Text Box options on the Format Shape window are disabled for Marker Labels. I think this would make an excellent Feature Request.
