We've recently updated some modules to 360 and have found that when viewing the transcript on mobile devices, the base layer content is completely covered. Is there a way of editing the nav content layer so it does not completely cover the base layer? This is particularly important for our learners who have hearing impairment - when following audio and onscreen instructions for systems training.
Did you know that Storyline 360 has a built-in closed captioning feature? Now you don't have to put narration text in the Notes tab--it'll display right on the slide, and it's synced to the slide audio! Better yet, it sits at the bottom of the slide so it won't cover important slide content. Give it a try!
