I am not sure if the question has stumped the Team, but I found the answer by question.
Create a layer with your custom Feedback and a range of options. Rename the incorrect Feedback layer to something else, and now Name the new layer "incorrect". Delete the original layer. Articulate seems to take over the new layer as if it were the original layer.
