eLearning Bookmarking to single bank quiz question slide

I'm struggling with an eLearning that we created a while ago and it worked fine. My LMS provider (Firstnet) asked me to republish an ungated version of it because of user problems with the gated version freezing for a few folks. When I sent them a newly published eLearning (using the most current Storyline updates) they are saying the eLearning is bookmarking back to a single quiz bank slide if the user gets to that slide.
When I look at the course, I don't see anything that would cause the course to bookmark to not just a quiz slide, but a randomized quiz question bank slide.
Is there something I'm missing? (I've attached a pic of the quiz tree for where the slides should go coming out of the quiz bank. Nothing points at that quiz bank question.)

It's possible you're exceeding suspend data limits in your LMS. In other words, your LMS has a limit to the amount of data it can hold. If you have a course that goes beyond the limit, the LMS won't remember anything that happened after the learner reached the limit, and it'll resume to the wrong slide.
Did you publish with SCORM 1.2? If so, republish your course for SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition, both of which support much longer suspend data. Let me know if you see a difference!
