eLearning for an Executive Audience

Mar 25, 2014

Hello,

I am currently working to create a course from a 103 page PowerPoint. The content is compliance-related and can't be changed at all. I could chunk some of the material via interactions to reduce the appearance of the amount of content, but I'm wondering if this would be a good solution, considering the audience.

In our experience, executives want to page through and read the content as quickly as possible, then e-sign their acknowledgement. Would adding interaction to the course be a frustrating experience for them?

Has anyone created courses for exclusively executive audiences? If so, I would love to hear about any tips or best practices on how to present the content in a way that best meets executives' needs. Thanks in advance!
