eLearning not Marking Complete in LMS

I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with their eLearnings not clearing out of the LMS even when the user reaches the last slide?

There have been 2 particular eLearnings where it does not mark the user complete in our LMS and it's hard for me to decipher what the issue is. Was curious to know if other Storyline users have had similar experiences and what the solution was.

Hi Ron! You can check out this blog post about common LMS issues including some information about those passing statuses. If you think you have everything set up correctly, you can test your content in SCORM Cloud to see if you can replicate the issue. If you can replicate it, please contact our support team for assistance, but otherwise it may be an issue that you need to touch base with your LMS about.
