elements of a layer not showing

I truly hope this is something simple, but I can't find it. In the attached slide from a project, the "Clarify Performance Measures" button is supposed to open the "Clarify INFO" layer. It seems to, as the voice over works and one of the triggers functions.... but the text and images on the layer are not showing. I've checked the states, the position of the content in the timeline, the triggers, etc... and I'm finding nothing. The other two buttons function exactly the same, and they are functioning perfectly. Anyone have a bit of time to take a look? Thanks!
