I'm attempting to have my colleagues view my presentation by sending them a hyperlink via Outlook to the specific published file, but they are unable to play the presentation. The hyperlink points them to a shared internal drive where all Articualte files are stored. Can you help me to isolate the file I can use in the hyperlink?
Also, I would hesitate using shared drives for viewing content. Besides permission issues that often come up, such drives are set up more for file server operations and not for delivery of web-based content.
I'd always use a web server as opposed to a file server.

Hi Leanne.
You need to point people to the story.html file.

One option if you don't have a web server is to use Articulate tempshare or Dropbox: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/12470/74813.aspx#74813
