I'm wondering if anyone has had an issue with an email link closing the course? I have a feeling it might be the lms I'm using, as I didn't have that problem with a different lms with the same course. But I thought I might check if anyone else had this issue.
You may want to test the course on the SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is LMS specific. I do also want to verify that you are using the latest update for Storyline 2. You can see some additional information here.
