Hi, I would like know if it is possible to send through the resources attached in the e-learning course to the user as the user progresses through the course.
The course I am Currently building has modules. each module has a resource, i.e, info-graphics, PDF documents, the likes. It would be great that after each the trigger goes off to send the module resources.
Attach each module's resources to the Resources tab that the learners can access at any time throughout the module.
Add each module's resources to a compressed zip folder, and hyperlink that folder on the last slide of the module.
If you're using a LMS, your LMS may have a setting that allows you to automatically email learners once they complete a course, and you can attach the resources to that automatic email.
One more tip: Host the resources on a web server or an online drive, and link directly to the web-hosted documents to keep the overall Storyline file size at a minimum. This also makes it easier to swap out updated resources in the future, if you need to do so!
