Email Results

I am creating several courses that will be required by each employee with an 80% pass rate.  I don't have an LMS yet, so I need for each employee to email their results to their manager.  I read another post from last year that said that this function is not possible.  Has that function been created?  And if not, how do I track progress for each employee without an LMS?  (If that's possible?)
