Hi, currently I'm using Articulate Storyline 3, my client asking is possible for me to email the completion status and score to admin without using LMS.?

This article explains why this feature is not included in Storyline.
One possible solution is outlined here (in Dennis Hall's first reply), although you would need to test this out on your end to make sure that it works properly with your email client and security settings.
