I love the Email trigger option. When the learner clicks the trigger in the published course, an email launches but the course completely closes. We have tried the course in FireFox and in Chrome with the same result. Any ideas?
I know we are currently working on a bug with SCORM 1.2 that causes the course to close when the email trigger is used, but as far as I'm aware this only applies to content viewed in Google Chrome and possibly Firefox. Have you tested this in Internet Explorer, as well?

Are you publishing for SCORM 1.2 or 2004?

Thank you for your reply. I got it to work in IE. So I recommended to my learners that IE is the preferred web browser.
We did have the same to problem in Firefox.
