Email variable

Hello, is there a way to force a learner to enter an email address in a text entry box so it then shows the next layer or continue button please.

I guess there is a way of doing this within variables but i cant figure it out.

Any help, much appreciated.

You could put another trigger on the text entry box that says, "Show layer XXX when the control loses focus".

Hello, yes we are using ESR/oracle as an LMS but their email is not their user name.

Looking through older threads it appears that emailing from storyline is not supported? I'm very happy to use JavaScript if you would be kind enough to point me to a solution.

Also, there is a send email trigger which allows you to send objects or whatever i'm assuming. It doesn't seem to work when I publish and test?
