We just started using Storyline. I am looking to see if there is a way to have quiz results emailed without going through our LMS. I have tried looking in the storyline and did not see a way.
When searching the forums, I saw this was asked a few years ago and it was not possible. Looking to see if there is/has been an update. We already use an LMS and we are not able to get the course published through them. Using a different LMS would not be an option for us.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently.. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in our products anymore.
