Hello Pay Dee,

Oh this is a simple fix! You'll need to make Outlook the default program for emails.

Here are the steps I found on Microsoft:

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. On the File tab, choose Options > General.

  3. Under Start up options, select the Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar check box.

  4. Click OK.

Thanks for confirming that you have this set-up properly with your e-mail client.

Are you testing the course in it's published environment, similar to how your learner will access the course?
