Embed Email Button into Storyline Player Feb 15, 2016 By Laurie Hanson Is there any way to place a button in the upper part of the menu that includes the ability to email?

Here are the steps I found on Microsoft: Open Outlook. On the File tab, choose Options > General. Under Start up options, select the Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar check box. Click OK.

Are you testing the course in it's published environment, similar to how your learner will access the course? Here is our documentation on a couple of the common reasons that the e-mail trigger may not work as expected.

To add that option...

Oh this is a simple fix! You'll need to make Outlook the default program for emails.
