Embed from YouTube not from the beginning

See this post here for info on parameters you can add to your embed code to customize YouTube videos, incl. the 'start' parameter.

The start parameter determines whether the video will start playing at the beginning of the video or at a specified point in the middle of the video. The start parameter accepts a numeric value that represents the number of seconds into the video where you want the video to start playing. For example, if you want the video to start playing at the 1 minute and 30 second mark, you'd add the start parameter with a value of 90.

But where in this code should I put the Start paramenter and how should I write it?

As far as I know these additional parameters can only be used if you insert the video as a webobject (I may be wrong here), like in this quick test. The code I used was: "www.youtube.com/embed/Se1OmG0AEPA?autoplay=1&rel=0&start=45"

So it's only when I make a web objekt? and not when under "insert" - "video" - "Video from website" : Where I can put the embed code frome YouTube!
