We created a .story e-learning package and published to the Articulate site. We embedded a Google Doc's form on the last slide for people to enter their name once completed which shows and works fine on a PC with Chrome or IE. A lot of our users completed the course on their Android mobiles via the Chrome browser but the last page is just white with no embedded form, hence did not register their name. Does an embedded form work in Android?
If the permission settings are correct, may I ask if you could share a link to the course for further troubleshooting? You’re always welcome to share your files privately with our Support Engineers as well. We'll let you know our findings and will delete it after having a closer look.

Hi IT Team,
That is odd that the embedded Google Doc wouldn't appear for your learners. A couple of questions for you on this:

Hi Vincent,
Apologies for the late reply - have submitted a support case. Can confirm the doc was shared for Anyone who has the Link.
Will post fix when it is know (or user error as well if that is the case)
Thanks for reaching out to the support team, IT Team.
If you can share your case number, I'd be happy to follow along.
Hi Leslie,
Case number: #01962765
Thanks
Thanks so much, I can see that Cleo is taking a look :)
