I just published my course in SL1, the links were working on previous iterations and today when I went to publishing, the new link I added isn't working. I've tried using it as a lightbox and I've tried as a pdf, neither works.
Did you test locally (on your harddrive)? If yes, then the link was likely blocked by your browser's security settings. Upload the published content to some server (or an alternative like DropBox, GoogleDrive or TempShare, see info here) and test again.
It's not doing it to other links that are embedded in the slides, just to the two new ones I added as triggers. They appear correct in the trigger setting. I'm trying to upload it to GoogleDrive now to see if it will work that way.
Thanks Norma for sharing that observation here - I'm not sure if Alexandra still needs help but it's always good to have additional thoughts in case anyone else stumbles upon the thread!

Hi Alexandra,
If GoogleDrive doesn't work - that article Michael linked includes a few other options - so please keep us posted.
Will do. I have a workaround in place too.
Thanks
Is your hyperlink in text that you typed on a shape, or is it in a text box? We have found that the latter works better.
