I"m in Storyline and I am attempting to embed a Microsoft Stream video. Once I embed it seems to take and I get a gray screen that says video. When i try to use the play button to see if the video plays, the screen turns white and a circle on the upper left hand corner appears as if it's timing then it just simply freezes. Can someone help me understand why it isn't playing? Thanks, Viviana
