I created several slides with embedded videos. When I launch this from my LMS (Blackboard) using Edge or IE it seems to work fine. If I use Chrome, the menu displays but not the embedded video. I just get a blank slide. Has anyone experienced this? Are there any guidelines/suggestions on how to build a Storyline to avoid browser specific issues?
I have inserted the video into storyline2 and run both in IE and Google chrome and it's working properly. Please find the attached screenshots. Hope this helps!
You'll also want to make sure that you're publishing for LMS and following the steps necessary for Blackboard in terms of zipping the output and how it has to be uploaded. You will also want to check that you're accessing the content in one of the supported browsers detailed here based on Flash vs. HTML5 as well (the latter of which isn't supported in Edge or Firefox).
