I am creating a training video using Storyline 360. Within that video, I am embedding two MP4 videos that I created using Replay 360, each of them embedded on a different slide. When I publish the course as an MP4 and view the video, the first embedded video plays as expected, but the second one remains frozen on the opening screen, as if it were a still image instead of a video. I've checked and double-checked that the settings for both embedded videos are identical. What am I doing wrong?
We were seeing an issue like this in a previous update of Storyline, but we've since fixed the issue.
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.17.16188.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Let me know if you're still encountering this problem on the latest update, and we'll keep digging!
I'm having a similar issue, except none of the MP4 videos that are the slide are playing once published. I have attached my source file, and I'm running v3.25.18088.0.
I need to Publish to Video (MP4). I was also able to publish to Review 360, and it works great there. It's when I Publish to Video, the embedded MP4s don't play.
I'm still wrestling with it, too. I converted my MP4s to GIFs, and it won't play all of the GIFs either (specifically, the pot of gold animation is supposed to be 15 seconds long, and it cuts off after about 5).
I've attached my latest version, as well as the published MP4, for your review.
Thanks for sharing the updated course! I ran into some trouble publishing your course as it would lock up while it was trying to encode all the audio and other elements. Since I could even get past that point, I was going to start a support case for you and saw you already had one! I'll touch base with Cleo as he continues testing your file.

Thank you, Alyssa! It looks like that was the problem. I've updated and it seems to be working now.
Great to hear it, Ben! Thanks for following up. 🌟

Please help?
Thanks!
Hi Stephanie!
I published your file to Review 360, and the MP4 videos played correctly there. You can test the published content by clicking this link.
How did you published your file? What web browser did you use to view the published content?
