First of all, I would like to say thank you to all this wonderful community.
I am trying to make a project where the video is hosted in Google Drive and I place it in the project as an embedded video. There is no problem at all if I play the course through the web explorer (chrome or firefox). But if I publish it as a CD to share the course with the students, and it is loaded with the "Launch_story.exe" file, the video won't upload. I share here the link to a test hosted in my Google Drive and as an attachment the .zip with the same course.
Thank you very much for the quick answer. I just included the .story file.
I know it does play in a web browser (different windows). But what I need it for is to be played in the course windows as I would put additional animated objects to be displayed at a certain moment of the video. So I wanted to be played inserted in the slide.
Thanks for the further explanation. Sounds as if you need to insert a video from a file vs insert from website so that it is included in your file as you expect.
I am working with alternatives other than that as inserting the video from file would make the project too heavy. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do it. I remember reading something about MIME type, but I am not exactly sure what that is and how to proceed if that is the issue here.
I'm not sure that the MIME Type will make a difference here, but you could take a look at this KB, as I think that's the mentioned you're likely referring to.
