First, what version of Storyline are you using?

Also, did you host the published output on a web server or LMS before testing it? If not, try hosting the output online, and let me know if you see an improvement.

If you're still getting stuck, share that slide with me here, and I'll take a closer look!

Try inserting the video by selecting Insert>Video>Video from website and then paste the embed code.

I'm using 360. The course was published to both Articulate Review and for web but in both cases it's showing the iframe text.

When I click on your link it's just showing my initial message? Is there any way I can share the slide with you privately?

I noticed you had the videos set to open in a new browser window. Instead, you'll want to use the Show Video: In Slide setting so the video will appear within the Storyline slide.
