Embedding a video into Storyline 3

Hi all, I've been struggling with some embed codes I received from a provider. I've been trying to embed the following into Storyline 3:
<p align="center"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/276827381 width=640" height="360" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
And I keep getting an error message that the video cannot be inserted from the code. The provider claims these are the correct codes, so I need some advice - perhaps I'm doing something wrong?
Any help is appreciated! :)
P.S. Can't get them to work in PowerPoint either.

Hi Raya!
There seems to be some correction that needs to be done with the embed code. Please try the code below. It should work as I've tested it already and it worked with me. Otherwise, please let me know and I will do my best to see what the problem is:
