I am trying to embed code to play a video from the slide and for some reason it won't show the Youtube player. I need this player for Closed Captioning functionality.
My string is correct. i.e <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xxxxxxxx" frameborder="1" allowfullscreen="1" controls="1"></iframe>
If you are embedding the YouTube video in your course, it would be the expected behavior to not see the YouTube branded player as you can see in this documentation.
Thank you Leslie for your feedback :) I will experiment but I am hoping that you can you tell me how I can get the the close captioning functionality that comes with the Youtube player....
Although most content displays during preview just like it would in the published output, there are a few items that are unavailable during preview. They are:
Videos from websites, such as Screenr, YouTube, and Vimeo
Web objects
Interactions imported from Articulate Engage
Print results
JavaScript triggers
Hyperlinks may not work during preview. We recommend publishing to test hyperlinks.

When you insert a YouTube video via a web object, you have control over which player features should be shown. See here for info: http://articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-add-a-youtube-video-to-storyline
