I just found a story that has a video embedded on it and when you hover on the video itself, its controls pops up, the control contains the pause and play button, seekbar and a DOWNLOAD button.
Does anyone here knows how to make that possible because when I try to play a video on my storyline it only displays the usual control (without the download button).
Are you seeing the option when viewing the HTML5 version of the course in Chrome? I've seen this previously mentioned here.

I know you're asking about enabling it, but it is a limited environment and happening within the actual video controls.
