Went to work on a file and got the dreaded storyline corrupt error. Can't find the backup and nothing for this project in the appdata folder. Storyline, for some reason, didn't want to open and when it did said i needed to reactivate. I did so and then tried to get to work on this file and nothing. I've already contacted support and no help from them

I tried to open it and got the message that it is corrupt. Sorry.
