we have a quiz setup that when a user end, they have to click on a exit button to properly close it. Doing this way, the results are properly sent to LMS and show up in our reports.
Our issue are with users closing the quiz using the X from the browser window. Doing so doesn't send results to LMS and our reports comes out empty.
Is there a way to get those results from LMS querying our storyline even if users wrongly close the window?
Our quiz are launched via a system called career zone that is using LMS.
I'd defer to your LMS on this, as it may not be seeing that as a "completion" but if you'd like to do a bit more testing you could always test your course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. You could also turn on LMS debug mode to see what data is being transferred back and forth.
