empty text fields Apr 20, 2017 By Martin Geisenhainer Hi all importing translations sometimes clears some of the text fields. How can this happen and what can I do to prevent this from happening? I am using Storyline 2 Update 11 on Windows 7 Thanks for help Martin.

Is this happening with all of your files or a particular one? Do you have a sample .story file and the .doc file so that we can take a look?
