Federico, you can also add a shape (off the screen) and use States to achieve your end goal. Shape state starts as normal when timeline starts. Change state to visited when timeline ends.
I have also added 2 variables to the Master slide that tells when the slide starts and when it finishes. Then you only need to add a trigger on each slide in your course that listens for slide end and allows user to move ahead.
